Detailed below are several methods to book your place at Heli-Asia 2007.

ONLINE DELEGATE BOOKING
To book your delegate place online, simply fill in the form on the secure Shephard website. We will then contact you with any additonal information. We will ask for your payment method and credit card information, however this is for security only and will not be used to debit your account.

To book your place by post or fax, simlply download and complete the PDF booking form and send it to us using the details provided on the form.

All delegate/visitor registrations made after the 19th October should be made on site at the front desk of the event. To successfully register please bring the following items with you: -

- 1 photographic proof of ID
- 1 business card

Shephard’s Heli Asia 2007 Conference & Exhibition will take place in the Grand Ballroom on Basement II of the hotel.

Registration for the Conference will take place in the Conference Area Foyer from 18:00 to 20.30 on Tuesday 23 October 2007. Registration for the seminars will continue from 08:00 to 09:00 on Wednesday 24 October 2007. Visitors will be able to collect their badges and/or register additional visitors during this time. Please note that access will not be available to the conference and exhibition area before 08:00 on either day due to security requirements. The first conference session commences promptly at 11:00 on Wednesday Morning.
